We are working Monday to Saturday, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. with order delivery on the same day.

Currently, we are operational in Karachi.
It can be done in 2 ways:
1. You can upload your prescription image and place the order, our pharmacist will contact you for order confirmation OR
2. Simply contact on the WhatsApp number and our pharmacist will contact you directly and help place order on your behalf.
Yes, an invoice would be provided for all cash on delivery orders.
It is requested to check your order on delivery and notify in case of damage or exchange needed.
We are currently fulfilling all orders under supervision of registered pharmacists through our partners’ pharmacies around Karachi holding required pharmacy license numbers.
We stock over 10,000 pharmaceuticals and other healthcare products, however, still if you can’t find the required item, contact our pharmacists by email or WhatsApp your request for checking the timely availability and order placement.
Prescription medicines require a prescription from licensed health care practitioner. Moreover, dispensing of prescription medication without a prescription is considered unlawful.
Shipment charges are PKR 200. Free shipping for orders above PKR 2000.
Minimum order which can be placed is of PKR 500.
All standard orders are delivered on the same day in all areas of Karachi. Delivery within 1 hour is available only in the area of Gulistan-e-Jauhar between 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. currently.
The order can be cancelled any time before shipping from the pharmacy. But it cannot be cancelled if shipment has been placed.
No exchange and return of refrigerated or imported items.
