OUR VISION Our vision is to move Pharmacists ahead their traditional roles in pharmacy services which is simply not providing people with medicine at doorstep but through complete understanding of health care needs and demands. DigiPill will be a platform for young pharmacists especially females to foster their role as drug experts through technological integration in all areas of Pharmacy practice.

OUR MISSION DigiPill is a recent addition to digital healthcare and online pharmacy in Pakistan with mission to provide customers standard quality medicines, supplements, health equipment’s and other health accessories covering maximum brands from renowned pharmacy companies on a single platform. Subsequently, our team of registered and trained pharmacist would perform prescription review ,order filling and dispensing of medicines. Moreover, pharmacists will provide drug information, advise and counsel patients with concept of patient centered approach ,ultimately taking care of their complete health care needs including physician consultation, diagnostic , immunization etc. at respective communities.

What are your working hours for online orders?
We are working Monday to Saturday, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. with order delivery on the same day.

Where can I view my sales receipt?
You can check your sales receipt under orders section in your account or you can also request it on our whatsapp number.

How can I return an item?
It is requested to check your order on delivery and notify in case of damage or exchange needed via filling this contact form. Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?” All standard orders are delivered on the same day in all areas of Karachi. Delivery within 1 hour is available only in the area of Gulistan-e-Jauhar between 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. currently.

Where are the orders delivered from DigiPill
We are currently fulfilling all orders under supervision of registered pharmacists through our partners’ pharmacies around Karachi holding required pharmacy license numbers.
